Need to renew your ACLS certification?

We have several BLS and ACLS study guides in our Reserve section. Just ask at the Circulation Desk! 

You will need a library card to check out a study guide. We can make one for you in a few minutes. BLS/ACLS loan period is 10 days.

Looking for Continuing Education courses for nurses?

Check out Nursing Reference Center Plus from the library website!

NRC has over 1300 CE courses for nurses. Register once, then take any course(s) and test(s) to receive credit.

Want to practice reading EKG strips?

The Library owns several EKG practice books in print, and there are also a few websites unrelated to the library that are helpful. However, the following links might provide a good start:

 The Only EKG Book You'll Ever Need is available in hardcopy print and also in electronic book form.

 http://www.practicalclinicalskills.com/ekg.aspx offers EKG information, practice strips, and quizzes - free online. Registration is required to get feedback.
